Shipping policy

Customs duties and import taxes

Deliveries outside the European Union, including to the United Kingdom, the United States and Switzerland, and to territories with special customs or tax rules, may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees charged by local authorities or the carrier.

Unless expressly included or collected at checkout, these charges are not included in your order total or shipping fee. They are your responsibility and must be paid directly to the relevant authority or carrier. NOYOCO does not cover these charges.

Whether charges apply, and their amount, depends on the destination’s rules and the value and type of goods. Free shipping does not include these charges. Taxes already collected at checkout should not be paid again for the same assessment: if you receive such a request, contact shop@noyoco.pro with the carrier’s notice.

This does not affect your statutory rights or NOYOCO’s legal obligations, including in the event of an error on our part.

NOYOCO DISTRIBUTION prepares and dispatches online orders in an average of 2 working days. During busy periods, this can take up to 7 working days.

Mondial Relay collection point: €5.00 for orders under €150. Free shipping from €150.

Colissimo home delivery with signature: €9.90 for orders under €200. Free shipping from €200.

Belgium and Luxembourg

Mondial Relay collection point: €10.00 for orders under €250. Free shipping from €250.

Europe, within and outside the European Union

Home delivery: €16.00 for orders under €280. Free shipping from €280, excluding any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees for destinations where these apply.

United States, Canada, Mexico, Asia, Central America, the Caribbean and Africa

Home delivery: €25.00.

Oceania, South America and other destinations served

Home delivery: €30.00.

Russia

We do not ship to Russia.
